Over three and a half hours from their office, and most companies wouldn’t even come out. Lunar Solar’s team drove up the night before and stayed locally so they could start first thing.

A damaged panel didn’t derail the job

One panel arrived damaged in transit. But they carried on with the rest of the install and arranged a replacement delivery. They came back for a second visit to fit it — didn’t charge for the extra trip. They’d also fitted optimisers because of a chimney that could shade the panels, so every panel works independently even on cloudy days.
