They spotted a problem my builder missed

Rachel had just had a new roof structure built and assumed it was ready for panels. Lunar Solar’s team arrived, took one look, and told her the structure wasn’t secure enough for mounting. They could have just cracked on, but instead they postponed and told her to get the builder back to reinforce it. No charge for the aborted day either.

Came back and got it done properly

Once the roof was sorted, they came back and fitted the whole system — panels, inverter, and battery storage. There was a long cable run to the consumer unit, so they had to work out the right sizing to keep everything within spec. They actually understood the electrical side, not just the panel fitting.

System up and running, no issues

Everything was tested and commissioned before they left. It’s been running exactly as designed since day one. Really pleased with the whole experience — they were honest, professional, and didn’t cut corners.
